The largest glass on the market, up to 20% wider. All cooking operations become easy and fast. 3 or 4 pots on the stove at the same time? No problem! It's still easy to move pots and pans out of the cooking zone to season or lower the temperature! The large glass size also makes Fagor induction cookers the perfect candidate to replace old stoves, as the 518mm deep glass helps to cover/fit the pre-drilled stone holes. What are you waiting for?

Hob&Go

Simply place your pot on the hob and start cooking. Placing the pot anywhere on the hob then it automatically activates the appropriate heating zone. All you need to do after that is set the desired heating power. Cooking has never before been so intuitive!

Pause

Need to leave the kitchen for some time? The useful Stop&Go function turns off all active zones, and remembers their settings at the same time. On your return, just press the sensor again and turn the hob on. The induction zones will be the same as before.

3 warming levels

Why test with different temperatures? It's both a waste of time and a risk of overheating the water or burning the food. Fagor induction hobs have the solution by allowing you to quickly set the right temperature for your needs. 42⁰C is the ideal temperature to melt butter or chocolate; 70⁰C for warming soups, soups, and sauces; 94⁰C is suitable for cooking pasta and rice.
